Refund

We will process your refund in case your letter is not delivered by us to the desired recipient. For this please email your phone number you used during sending the card. After operating, if we find that the letter was not delivered and payment made, we’ll process your refund within a business day. If we don;’t find so, we’ll get back to you for further clarification.
